FP&A Associate, R&D - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Associate, R&D to join our dynamic FP&A team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the financial planning, analysis and reporting activities for the R&D organization.

In Short

• Support monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Maintain and refine advanced financial models.
• Conduct extensive financial analyses and scenario modeling.
• Build strong relationships with budget owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the FP&A team to automate financial forecasting.
• Prepare robust financial presentations for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting for accurate cost allocation.
• Assist in improving financial processes and systems.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive data-driven decision making in R&D initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience working with R&D teams.
• Impressive analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and tools.
