FP&A Associate - Remote

Overview

Diana Health is a network of modern women’s health practices working in partnership with hospitals to reimagine the maternity and women’s healthcare experience. In Short

• Own individual site and corporate-wide long-term financial models.
• Manage budgeting and capital planning process.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses related to forecasting models.
• Perform complex scenario and adhoc analysis.
• Prepare reporting packages for internal leadership and board.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, banking, or transaction services.
• Excellent Excel skills and a love for complex models.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with a big-picture orientation.
• Ability to interpret findings and communicate insights.
• Comfort in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Prior start-up experience is a plus.
• Ability to develop systems and processes from scratch.
