Overview

Wamy is looking for our Founding Account Executive. We are a fast-growing Legal Tech startup solving a massive pain point for law firms.

In Short

  • This is a Full-Cycle Sales role for a hunter who wants to own the entire process—from the first cold call to the signed contract.
  • You will be the first dedicated sales hire.
  • You will work directly with the Founder.
  • You will set the playbook.
  • You will identify high-value law firms and book your own meetings.
  • You will run discovery calls and close deals.
  • You will help refine our sales messaging and pricing strategy.
  • This role is for someone who wants to build something real.
  • You will bypass gatekeepers using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • You will demonstrate the Wamy product to skeptical attorneys.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Experience in building sales strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.
