• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and R.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms.
• Expertise in data mining, warehousing, and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
