• Lead and grow a team responsible for designing and implementing ML models.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across multiple departments including Customer Success, Product, Sales, Research, and Marketing.
• Deliver Data Science artefacts on large scale clients.
• Communicate data science insights to a non-technical audience.
• Support implementation of machine learning algorithms into client data feeds.
• Contribute to team knowledge by keeping up with state-of-the-art machine learning.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in a technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with big data and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with R/Python and an object-oriented language.
• Experience with big data platforms like Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of data scientists.
• Ability to handle complex situations and communicate effectively.
• Ability to explore complex data patterns and convert them into actionable insights.
• Experience with building models for fraudulent financial transactions is valued.
