Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, focusing on NLP and LLMs.
• 4+ years of experience managing data science teams.
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML libraries.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Expertise in LLMs, deep learning, and chatbot development.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and transformer models.
• Ability to implement research papers in AI/NLP.
• Experience in ML Ops and model optimization techniques.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration.

Good-to-Have (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
• Familiarity with vector databases and Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of Multimodal AI and Speech Recognition.
• Background in AI security and bias mitigation strategies.
