As Director of Field Marketing, you will build and lead Vumedi’s field marketing function from the ground up, focusing on events to enhance market presence and engagement.

• Create and maintain a centralized field marketing and events calendar.
• Own the field marketing and events budget, tracking spend and ROI.
• Develop and evolve field marketing playbooks for efficiency.
• Support internal meetings as needed.
• 7+ years of experience in event lifecycle management.

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Success in developing field marketing strategies with measurable impact.
• Ability to build programs and processes from scratch.
• Strong GTM mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Organized and reliable under pressure.
• Experience managing budgets and vendors.
• Willingness to travel to major conferences and events.
