Overview

The Learner Support Agent at Voxy will support learners to ensure they stay motivated and engaged throughout their course experience.

In Short

• Manage large amounts of incoming emails, live chats, and phone calls
• Identify and assess learners’ needs (technical, pedagogical, and motivational)
• Correctly tag customer interactions
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a customer support representative
• Proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• People person who exercises diplomacy and tact
• Passion for language-learning
