Overview

We are searching for a friendly Partner support agent with focus on Partner inquiries, integration-related questions coming from our partners.

In Short

  • Be primary point of contact for partners with integration-related inquiries via Zendesk.
  • Support partners with their technical inquiries and questions.
  • Take ownership of integration activations requests.
  • Escalate complex issues to the correct teams.
  • Demonstrate deliverables in terms of KPIs and service level agreements.
  • Proactively identify common problems and give qualitative feedback.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Confident with tools such as Zendesk, Jira, remote support tools and Pipedrive.
  • Ability to maintain great expertise of our Partners, product and policies.
  • Troubleshooting & a creative mindset for Problem-solving.
  • Sound judgment, attention to details, Self-motivation and consistent high quality performance.
  • Ability to work with a set schedule and prioritize tasks.
