Overview

As a Partner Support Manager at Quandoo, you will be the primary contact for restaurants and guests, providing support and assistance through various communication channels.

In Short

  • You are the contact person for our restaurants and guests and support them with their questions and concerns (by phone, email and live chat)
  • You actively work on partner support topics in the UK and in our other markets if you speak another language
  • As a customer service representative, you form an interface between various internal departments, restaurant partners and the field service
  • You maintain the internal customer database (Salesforce)

Requirements

  • You are communicative, innovative, friendly and always keep a cool head
  • You think outside the box
  • You enjoy dynamic processes and show a high level of flexibility in day-to-day business and enjoy working in a team
  • You are characterised by a positive attitude and solution-oriented behaviour
  • Your way of working is structured and thorough
  • You speak English (fluently) any of the following languages is a plus (Dutch, Finnish, German, Turkish)
  • Ideally, you have some professional experience in the areas of existing customer service, hotel or catering
