Overview

As a Growth and Retention Manager at Quandoo, you will serve as the primary account manager for existing customers, focusing on building long-term partnerships and leading initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Strong relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer success roles is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of flexibility in day-to-day business.
  • Comfortable with proactive customer outreach.
  • Proven ability to articulate product features effectively.
  • Efficient and capable of quick decision-making.
  • Analytical and self-disciplined to work independently.
  • Confident in negotiations with a positive attitude.
