Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to retain customers and drive growth.
  • Experience with C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative approach and understanding of customer success methodologies.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills.
