Partner Support Agent - Remote

Overview

We are searching for a friendly Partner support agent with focus on Partner inquiries, integration-related questions coming from our partners.

In Short

• Be primary point of contact for partners with integration-related inquiries via Zendesk
• Support partners with their technical inquiries and questions
• Take ownership of integration activation requests
• Escalate complex issues to the correct teams
• Demonstrate deliverables in terms of KPIs and service level agreements
• Proactively identify common problems and provide feedback

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, German, and English
• Confident with tools such as Zendesk, Jira, remote support tools, and Pipedrive
• Ability to maintain great expertise of our Partners and products
• Troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and self-motivation
• Ability to work with a set schedule and prioritize tasks
