We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence, generate leads, and manage digital media efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital media management, SEO and website coordination, social media engagement, lead generation, and event outreach.

• Manage the digital media team contract and schedule in-person studio time.
• Oversee reporting and ensure digital media assets are integrated into the social media calendar for timely posting.
• Coordinate with the SEO team to oversee website performance and Google My Business profile.
• Write blog posts and provide content to the SEO team for publication.
• Maintain and engage with our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Create lead magnets and execute drip campaigns within the CRM.
• Track lead sources and monitor client intake.
• Identify and research speaking and podcast opportunities.

Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Experience in digital media management.
• Knowledge of SEO and website coordination.
• Ability to manage social media engagement.
• Experience in lead generation and event outreach.
