We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Benefits Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our global Benefits and Total Rewards function. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain exposure to employee benefits, HR processes, and operational support in a professional setting.

In Short

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Respond to employee queries related to benefits.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong interest in employee benefits and HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn.
