  • Support peers by sharing best practices related to VCC renewals.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to shape product development.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Contact Center technologies and trends.
  • Strong track record in negotiating renewals and expanding accounts.
  • Knowledge of UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business communications or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or solution selling.
