Data Support Assistant - Meals On Wheels - Remote

Overview

The Meals on Wheels Data Support Assistant is responsible for program support functions including data entry, reporting, and administrative support to the Meals on Wheels Department.

In Short

• Manage daily route sheets and meal schedules.
• Maintain and update databases (ServTracker).
• Distribute route sheets and relevant information.
• Assist in maintaining program data and records.
• Provide data support for the Meals on Wheels Program.
• Ensure accurate database management for reporting needs.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager for routing.
• Maintain confidentiality of program participant information.
• Work closely with the Senior Data Support Specialist.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Two years' experience in an office/administrative environment.
• Own transportation and valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Keyboarding skills of 40 W.P.M.
• Ability to work with diverse issues.
