In Short

  • Build and own the full marketing plan for Volantio
  • Develop a comprehensive Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy aiming to accelerate growth with key global airline prospects
  • Develop brand and communications strategies that position Volantio as the industry leader in demand reallocation
  • Create high-quality content including blogs, case studies, white papers, customer stories, videos, sales decks, and executive presentations
  • Lead all digital marketing efforts including across Volantio’s website, landing pages, newsletters, and social media (especially LinkedIn)
  • Ensure an excellent digital experience for airline audiences across all channels
  • Support event planning and execution for global aviation events and industry conferences
  • Partner with external agencies to deliver design and communications work with consistent quality
  • Own execution, tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of marketing activities
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing materials including presentations, one-pagers, emails, and product messaging
  • Collaborate closely with Volantio’s Sales team to support targeted commercial opportunities and strengthen the full customer journey
  • Ensure alignment of the marketing initiatives to clear KPIs supporting the commercial objectives

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS and B2B marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital strategy and account-based marketing
  • Ability to create high-quality content
  • Experience managing digital channels
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work closely with external agencies
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report on marketing activities
  • Ability to ensure brand consistency
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams
