Overview

The Director of Brand & Field Marketing will lead strategic brand development and execution, focusing on long-term brand positioning and short-term field marketing to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.

  • Own social media properties for organic initiatives.
  • Execute a PR strategy for market coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years in brand management and field marketing.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
