Overview

As a Partner Success Manager at Voicemod, your mission will be to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our partners and clients — both B2B and B2C — ensuring ongoing value, alignment, and success throughout the entire lifecycle of our deals.

In Short

  • Manage and coordinate the execution and follow-up of B2B and B2C deals, ensuring all contractual commitments, timelines, and deliverables are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, acting as their main point of contact within Voicemod.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Marketing, Legal and Finance teams to ensure seamless implementation of commercial agreements.
  • Monitor account health and deal performance, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support internal alignment and documentation across departments to keep all stakeholders informed and focused.
  • Contribute to process improvements related to account management, reporting, and deal lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Passion for gaming, with experience in the entertainment industry, video games, or gaming hardware.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role managing B2B and/or B2C partnerships.
  • Familiarity with contract management or coordination with legal teams in commercial agreements.
  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • High level of ownership, proactivity, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to understand basic product or technical concepts and translate them into business conversations.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
