Overview

The Senior Director of Change Management will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing change management for our most important transformation initiatives at Solventum, a healthcare company. This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader to both lead and coach successful change strategy implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 12 years of change management experience.
• Prosci certification or equivalent required.
• Understanding of organizational development theories.
• Proven track record of successful change management initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
