Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in Clinical Documentation Improvement or related fields.
• Two or more years in clinical nursing or health information management.
• Experience analyzing healthcare data and identifying anomalies.
• Certifications such as RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CDIP, or CCDS preferred.
• Knowledge of EMR systems and healthcare finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business intelligence software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
