Overview

The Continuous Monitoring Manager will lead the implementation and oversight of continuous monitoring activities to ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-53, playing a critical role in maintaining the security of information systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in continuous monitoring or compliance.
• Deep understanding of NIST SP 800-53 and related requirements.
• Experience in publicly traded healthcare companies.
• Familiarity with security tools like Splunk and Qualys.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are desirable.
