Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer relationships and handle inquiries, ensuring high service quality and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage customer relationships and act as the main point of contact for queries.
  • Handle customer transactions related to order management and status inquiries.
  • Review purchase order compliance with 3M terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and review reports and dashboards for internal and external meetings.
  • Collaborate with logistics and complaint resolution teams to ensure service quality.
  • Participate in customer meetings to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Fluent in Flemish/Dutch, French, and English.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required.
  • Strong skills in ERP and CRM systems, especially SAP and Salesforce.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a compliance culture.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Flemish/Dutch, French, and English (C1 level minimum).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong ERP and CRM skills (SAP and Salesforce preferred).
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and flexible in job responsibilities.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
