• Own end-to-end product experiences, iterating on features from data acquisition to user interactions.
• Develop multi-step, LLM-based workflows incorporating structured logic and memory.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic development space.
• Understand customer needs and partner with stakeholders to validate product hypotheses.
• Ensure contributions can be promoted from development to production safely.

Requirements

• 6–10 years in a software engineering role.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven record of delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI development & LLM frameworks.
• Backend tech: Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, neo4j.
• Frontend tech: TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS.
• Understanding of responsive design and web security.
• AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD experience.
