Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at VitalSource, you will contribute to the International Customer Success team, supporting institutions and resellers, primarily in a remote capacity with occasional in-office collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and customer success platforms.
  • Ability to analyze financial and performance metrics.
