Overview

VitalSource is hiring two Associate Marketing Managers to contribute to our Marketing team, supporting and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our solutions in the higher education technology space.

In Short

• Assist in the creation of marketing content across various channels.
• Develop and coordinate marketing toolkits and templates.
• Support copywriting and editing of marketing assets.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Help implement scalable marketing strategies for institutional success.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams for engagement efforts.
• Work with cross-functional partners to align on messaging and campaigns.
• Gather feedback to iterate on content and improve strategy.
• Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate campaign materials.
• Report on key metrics to identify trends and recommend optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in higher ed tech.
• Experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
• Foundational knowledge of marketing principles and digital channels.
• Experience using marketing tools such as CRM systems and analytics tools.
• Ability to create and edit marketing content.
• Project coordination skills including task tracking and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Customer-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
