Overview

The Associate Marketing Manager at Solenis will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales growth within the pool industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-6 years of marketing experience, focusing on in-store/trade marketing.
• Proven ability to execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and shopper behavior.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
• Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Experience in the pool industry is a plus.
• Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce is desirable.
