In Short

  • Responsible for developing and guiding key retailers in the Natural Specialty Channel.
  • Achieve account profitability and sales targets.
  • Primary account contact and provide account leadership.
  • Coach and guide broker partners to execute annual plans.
  • Increase distribution of Vita Coco brand items.
  • Develop and execute robust channel strategy.
  • Manage Marketing and Promotional programs.
  • Build strong retailer relationships.
  • Regular volume forecasting and budget tracking.
  • Expected travel around 30-40%.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional Sales experience.
  • Experience with Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Broker Management preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or business-related field preferred.
  • Strong business relationship building skills.
  • Effective communication with senior leadership.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability goals.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • High-energy self-starter and collaborative team player.
