Events Destination Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Events Destination Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with booking event venues and arranging travel accommodations for various types of events. This flexible position allows you to work from home, either part-time or full-time.

In Short

• Research and book appropriate event venues for clients across a range of destinations
• Coordinate and book travel and lodging arrangements for event attendees
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with venue representatives and travel vendors
• Manage and monitor event budgets to align with client expectations
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their preferences and tailor services accordingly

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in your country
