Senior Sales Manager - Americas - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for developing and leading the sales team to successfully deliver annual sales and gross profit targets
• Develop and monitor accurate sales forecasts and budgets
• Oversee annual sales plan to meet revenue targets
• Manage key customer accounts, international accounts, and custom accounts
• Drive business development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines; MBA a plus
• 10+ years of OEM experience with significant experience in senior sales roles
• Experience in forestry and refuse industries preferred
• Truck and trailer OEM experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
