Senior Sales Manager - Americas - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for developing and leading the sales team to successfully deliver annual sales and gross profit targets.
• Develop and monitor accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
• Implement and oversee annual sales plan to meet revenue targets.
• Directly manage key customer accounts, international accounts, and custom accounts.
• Drive business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of OEM experience with significant experience in sales at a senior level.
• Experience in forestry and refuse industries preferred.
• Truck and trailer OEM experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
