Overview

As a Portfolio Success Manager at Viseven Group, you will play a critical role in helping clients succeed with the SaaS platform eWizard and additional services, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and satisfaction.

• Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through digital transformation.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong client engagement skills at strategic and operational levels.
• Project management capabilities with a focus on outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Comfort with data and KPIs for trend analysis.
• Fluency in English and German.
