• Lead a team of Data Engineers, Analysts, and BI Specialists.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy.
• Build and optimize data pipelines & ETL processes.
• Implement and maintain BI platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
• Ensure data quality, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with business teams for data solutions.
• Optimize data warehouse & infrastructure (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Define key metrics and drive analytical reporting.
• Oversee ML solutions implementation if applicable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Proven experience managing a data team.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with ETL, data pipelines, and orchestration (Airflow, dbt).
• Knowledge of Data Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Expertise in data architecture & governance.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• English - Upper-Intermediate/Advanced.
