In Short

• Organize and conduct daily stand-ups, evaluations, retrospectives, sprint planning, releases, demonstrations, and other Scrum and Kanban ceremonies.
• Facilitate the team in taking realistic commitments through transparency of their workload, analysis of previous performance, task prioritization, requirements clarification, and task decomposition.
• Manage project delivery according to schedule and requirements by applying defined project management processes.
• Set up and maintain project management processes.
• Create and update the risk management plan, actively managing project risks.
• Continuously monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders.
• Analyze and report/escalate issues, delays, changes in requirements, budget utilization to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor resource usage and inform internal stakeholders of resource shortages or lack of tasks for the team.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to the development of practices.
• Responsible for performance evaluation processes and goal setting for the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Experience managing outsourcing projects.
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, MS Project.
• Experience implementing processes in a Scrum team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to multitask, able to work on several projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
