Overview

The Head of Growth is responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive growth and retention strategy for Visana clients by driving revenue through commercial health plans and their ASO clients.

• Engage consultant and broker channel to raise awareness of Visana.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in business development and client success.
• Experience with commercial health plans and self-insured employers.
• Experience leading B2B marketing preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Demonstrated executive maturity and clarity in leadership.
• Exceptional influencing skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare landscape.
• Outstanding people leader with strong cultural building skills.
