The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Contact Center Technology solutions, specializing in Genesys, to deliver best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Experience in Contact Center solution technologies.
• Development experience with Genesys.
• Knowledge of NICE/Verint/Genesys workforce solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in contact center platforms.
• Database knowledge in SQL and Cassandra is a plus.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
