Overview

The Senior Director - Business Planning & Operations will lead collaboration across the WCA region, supporting the achievement of financial and business goals through strategic initiatives and project management.

In Short

• Lead annual business planning cycle with Finance team.
• Manage complex issues and drive corporate objectives.
• Oversee major project work streams related to Visa’s business.
• Collaborate with business line management across WCA.
• Provide leadership to the BPO team.
• Research and analyze data for insights to leadership.
• Communicate recommendations to business leaders.
• Act as project manager on strategic projects.
• Prepare management reporting and presentations.
• Lead the implementation of the Sales Playbook for WCA.

Requirements

• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
• Experience in managing people and projects.
• Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of work experience in management or corporate strategy.
• Experience in the financial services/payments industry.
• Global business experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
