In Short

Oversee project portfolio as a PMO Analyst.
Facilitate communication among VMS team, Visa Consulting, Finance, Sourcing, and VMS Hub.
Recruit and manage external VMS resources onsite with Visa clients.
Report progress and escalate issues as needed.
Monitor and mitigate project risks.
Manage and maintain the knowledge database.
Prepare presentations and reports for management.
Identify and suggest improvements and new business opportunities.
Assist the team in planning and executing project activities through the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Over 3 years of experience as a PMO and/or Management Consultant.
Over 3 years of experience in IT consulting, systems implementation and integration, project or product management, preferably in the payments industry.
Demonstrated expertise in client-facing roles and stakeholder management within complex organisations.
Practical knowledge of project standards and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in verbal and written English and Polish.
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proven ability to thrive under high pressure and in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable solutions.
Experience in structuring project proposals based on client needs and problem statements, with clear project approaches and deliverables.
Experience in supporting business development initiatives.
Exceptional skills in time management, facilitation, and organization.
