Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in motion graphics/video creation and learning design.
• Strong skills in Articulate 360 and/or Adobe Captivate.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear content.
• Experience with AI tools for learning design.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
• Interest in continuous learning and applying new technologies.
