Overview

The Senior Director, Client Success is responsible for leading the enterprise transformation program for major banking clients, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 15+ years of experience in Banking and Enterprise Transformation
• Experience leading Tier-1 bank core modernization projects
• Knowledge of cloud, microservices, and API architectures
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean)
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-market projects
• Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives
• Regulatory knowledge of US banking controls
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on mentorship
• Adept at optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement
