Associate Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Systems Analyst, you will be part of our People Technology Operations team to help monitor, support and enhance our HR platform in an agile environment. You will work independently with minimal insight to monitor and support HR applications to Visa’s high standards.

• Identify opportunities for future enhancements and refinements to standards and development methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
• 1-2 years of work experience in Biztalk administration
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with SaaS and externally hosted applications
• Azure Logic Apps support experience is an added advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
• Capable of effectively managing multiple priorities under pressure
• Ability to multi-task
• Experienced in generating reports, creating configuration items, and conducting Application criticality rating reviews using ServiceNow
• Experience working effectively with business and IT staff in multiple locations and in a multinational environment is very strongly preferred
• Strong follow-through, ability to drive to closure and resolution of complex system issues.
