Overview

Our US client is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Cold Calling Specialist to complement their existing sales efforts. This role is crucial in identifying and qualifying potential leads, primarily through outbound cold calls, and scheduling in-person assessments for the sales team. You will be instrumental in expanding reach within the target markets.

In Short

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls (approximately 200 calls per week) to prospective businesses.
  • Effectively identify and engage with key decision-makers, including Facility Managers, Office Managers, Executive Assistants, and Procurement Buyers.
  • Uncover the prospect's existing setup and identify pain points.
  • Arrange brief on-site assessments for prospects.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling or sales.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques.
