Cold Calling Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Cold Caller to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients in the UAE market to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team and management.

In Short

• Conduct outbound cold calls to a provided list of potential clients within the UAE market.
• Follow a prepared script to introduce our services/products and qualify prospects.
• Articulate our value proposition clearly and concisely to potential customers.
• Identify key decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Effectively handle objections and answer basic inquiries.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team and/or management with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, appointments set, and other key performance indicators.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of the script and the quality of leads.
• Stay updated on our service/product offerings and any relevant market information.

Requirements
