Overview

The Senior Workday Programme Manager will lead and manage a portfolio of Workday transformation and implementation projects for a consultancy that supports companies in optimizing their HR systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ programme/project management experience, including Workday implementations.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end Workday deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Workday delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex, global programmes.
• Strong capability in risk, issue, and governance management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Confident operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
