Senior Workday Integrations Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Consultant with deep, hands-on integration expertise to lead the design, delivery, and governance of complex Workday integration solutions.

• Lead the end-to-end design, build, testing, and deployment of complex Workday integration solutions.
• Act as the primary technical integration lead for client implementations.
• Define and own integration architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Manage and track integration risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on integration approaches.
• Oversee and manage all integration deliverables for implementation projects.
• Lead, mentor, and coach junior and mid-level integration consultants.
• Support the pre-sales cycle, including integration scoping and solution design.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday Integrations experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise technical solutions.
• Strong experience with modern integration technologies.
• Proven experience leading integration design and process alignment.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Experience working across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Workday Integration Certification.
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
