Workday Integrations Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.

In Short

• Analyze client business requirements and design appropriate integration solutions using Workday's integration tools and technologies
• Configure and implement integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Document Transformations, and web services
• Develop and maintain integrations for core Workday modules including HCM, Financials, and Payroll
• Build secure file-based integrations with FTP/SFTP connections and encryption protocols
• Implement real-time integrations using Workday's web services and REST APIs
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions
• Create comprehensive documentation for all integration designs and implementations
• Advise clients on integration best practices and optimization strategies
• Provide technical expertise in Workday configurations and customizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of Workday solutions

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have extensive experience in Workday Financial Management
• Must have strong expertise in Workday HCM
• Experience with ETL tools and middleware solutions
• Proficiency in writing XSLT transformations and using Integration Studio
• Knowledge of security protocols for data transmission and storage
• Nice to have domain experience in Finance & Accounting
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
