In Short

• Enter daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers
• Perform regular bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including following up on overdue accounts
• Process incoming payments and create accurate job and work invoices
• Support payroll processing using Payrole
• Maintain stock and consumable inventory listings
• Keep financial records up to date and compliant with internal accounting procedures
• Ensure data integrity and accounting accuracy using MYOB

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Experience with MYOB software
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and remotely
