Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) Part-Time - Remote

Overview

As an Accounting Clerk (m/f/d), your focus will be on independently handling ongoing business transactions, from invoice booking to payment processing and assisting in closing processes.

In Short

• Book invoices, bank statements, cash, and travel expense receipts
• Reconcile accounts and clarify discrepancies
• Prepare and execute payment runs
• Manage fixed assets
• Support monthly and annual closing
• Create evaluations by cost centers and cost bearers
• Handle VAT advance returns, ZM, and statistics
• Actively participate in controlling

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent
• Experience in financial accounting
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of eGecko is an advantage
• Fluent in German and good English skills
• Team and communication strength, structured working method, independence
