In Short

• Processing collections orders
• Processing fulfillment orders
• Processing registration orders
• Provide support to end-users via phone and online channels
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails
• Make outbound calls (20–30 per day) during designated follow-up periods
• Communicate with internal teams to improve efficiency
• Investigate and troubleshoot process-related issues
• Work independently while maintaining team coordination
